Our first time here and since I am celiac it was a must visit. The food was amazing and everything could be made gluten free. We had the baked brie for an appetizer and it was awesome. For my mains I had lasagna, which I don't get very often being celiac. It was delicious. Our waitress was wonderful, attentive, friendly and made our experience a 10/10.
Multiple family members are gluten free so we tried this establishment…and we were very happy with the options. Even those that aren’t gluten free, like myself, really enjoyed the food and drink options.
Food is DELICIOUS! Not to be missed. Lunch combo is such great value for money. The best gluten free restaurant around! Discovered the family chain in Sedona and have been multiple times now and the food has never failed to impress.
This was our first visit to Picazzo's. I was recently diagnosed with diabetes, so what I can eat is limited, and Picazzo's had lots of food on their menu that is diabetic friendly. However, they also have regular Italian food. I ordered the gluten free pizza with a salad, and it was delicious! Steve was our server, and he was friendly and efficient. What I really liked about this restaurant was the ambiance. The decor felt like an upscale restaurant. We'll definitely go back!
Wow we used to love this place for the excellent customer service.! Not this visit! We called the restaurant, noone answered the phone. We decided to go in, have a drink at the bar n order takeout.There was no bartender when we walked in. Just a bar mgr (not behind the bar ) .working on the floor due to no waitresses.We wanted to order food to go and have a drink, like we always do. We sat at the bar 15 minutes, I had to go to the hostess to ask her if we could order to go from her. She said no, I'll get someone to help at the bar.
